We use USPS & UPS as our shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 2-3 business days to process and ship your order out. Once your order is shipped allow 3-7 Business Days For Delivery. Orders to the state of Alaska may take approximately 15 Business Days.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number when your order is shipped.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the given date once the package is in the possession of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
